Abby peered out her window the whole way. Finally, she spotted the sign.
“Welcome to Camp Trust! My name is
Coach C. The “C” is for
courage. I’ll be your softball coach this week!”
Anxious Abby didn’t feel very courageous. Soon her parents would leave. She’d be at this
new place by herself. She didn’t like that thought.
The Separation and Lonely Worries strengthened some more. They peeked outside the backpack, ready to score!
