Kids Helping Kids: Fun ideas for raising money!
Would you like to help raise money to print Help for the Hard Stuff workbooks for children who have lost so much in a hurricane or other natural disaster? Here are some fun ways…
- Save your chore money.
- Open a lemonade stand.
- Take a “joyful noise collection” in church using metal buckets and ask people to donate their spare change.
- Have a car wash and ask for donations.
- Do a small job for someone you know in exchange for a donation.
- Organize a bowl-a-thon or race for children and get sponsors.
- Have a movie night at your church and sell popcorn and snacks.
- Ask all your friends to donate their outgrown clothes and toys and have a kids stuff yard sale.
- Have a talent show and charge admission.
- Don’t forget to pray and ask God for an idea!
